To ensure a smooth submission process, please follow the instructions below:
1. Prepare Your Manuscript
Format your article in Microsoft Word or PDF.
Include:
Title
Author(s) full name and designation
Abstract (if applicable)
Main content
References (APA or Vancouver style)
Images, charts, or tables (attach separately, if needed)
2. Create an Account / Log In
Go to the Submission Portal
If you’re new, click “Register” to create an account.
Existing users can log in with their email and password.
3. Submit Your Article
Navigate to the “Make Submission” tab on your dashboard.
Fill out the submission form with required details (title, abstract, keywords, etc.).
Upload your manuscript and any supplementary files.
Select the category (e.g., Research, Opinion, Review, Community Story).
Click “Submit”.
4. Await Review & Feedback
You will receive a confirmation email after submission.
Our editorial team will review your submission within 7–14 days.
You may be contacted for revisions or approval notifications.
